How do I receive my greeting card?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. Simply download the file and print it at home or at a local print shop.
What size are the cards?
Our cards are designed to be printed at A6 size (105mm x 148mm), which fits a standard C6 envelope.
What type of paper should I use?
We recommend printing on 170gsm–300gsm card stock for the best results. Most local print shops can do this for you.
Can I print more than one copy?
Yes — your download is for personal use and you can print as many copies as you need for yourself.
What format are the files?
Files are provided as high-resolution PDFs or JPEGs, ready to print.
I haven't received my download link — what do I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll resend it straight away.
Do you offer refunds?
As these are digital products, we're unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience any issues, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
