Refund Policy

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download purchases are non-refundable once the file has been delivered. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Physical Greeting Cards

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your physical greeting card arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item and we will offer a replacement or full refund.

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind on physical items, but please get in touch if you have any concerns and we'll always try to find a solution.
